I had AC repair done which required replacing a capacitor. The repair man was on time, courteous and professional. No complaints with him or the work completed. However, afterward I got on line to read more about the part that had to be replaced and discovered that I was heavily overcharged. This left me feeling cheated by Allen Service, and that I made a mistake in choosing them or at least should have taken the time to get a second opinion and pricing.
