Very pleased with the service we received. The dispatcher called to say their schedule had changed and could we go earlier so that was a big bonus. When Rich got here and started looking for the problem the project quickly got a lot bigger than he or we first hoped it would be (he actually had to open up 3 walls to track it back to the source). Through it all Rich kept his composure and was very professional. So even though the experience became very trying for everyone involved we ultimately had a good outcome and resolved the problem. And fortunately we were planning on doing some major re-work that will require sheet rock work in two of the rooms that Rich had to cut inspection holes in anyway.
