Our service technician was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our kitchen sink clog and provided different options for long term repair due to the back pitching of our main line. The service was excellent and fixed our immediate problem. He also was very careful to cover our brand new carpeting as requested and wore boot covers as well. However, the price was steep. This is in no way a reflection of the service. I know prices are set and there are company guidelines that the technicians have to follow. I believe the job would have been done cheaper by a plumbing provider that I have used in the past.
