My service experience was mixed. My husband was told the appt. would be the first of the day, probably at 9AM. i got up very early to walk our dogs and work so that I would be available. At 10:30 AM I began to wonder why no one had arrived, so i called the office and was toid that they would send out a technician just finishing a call. When he arrived, although professional and helpful, it was clear he had not expected to take this call. He did everything he could but because he was unprepared he had to find materials and although ready and willing, was not prepared to scale our steep roof to change a windcap. Eventually it was decided that he would leave and that Sean, the original tech would come and finsih. Once Sean arrived, he quickly finished all the work . My reason for only 3 stars does not reflect on the two techs, they were very professional, my complaint is with the person or system that somehow got my call mixed up. It cost me an entire day of waiting.
