The temperature in the house wasn't getting cool but the air conditioning system was running and running. I called Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. When they first came out, the system was frozen solid. They cut the system off and left it that way so it could thaw. They came back the next day to do the diagnostics and discovered that it was very low on freon. This was the first time I'd used Mitchell's. The response time could have been a little quicker, but when you're at 100 degrees, you're happy just to get it fixed. I do intend to use Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning again in the future.
