I was not looking forward to an emergency call-out on Labor Day, but since the A/C dumped in the middle of 90 degree heat with tropical humidity, I had no choice. I was shocked to find out the call-out fee is the same price all the time. Robert was at my home within 15 minutes of calling me, was neat and professional in his appearance and demeanor. He had us back up and running within the hour and the only issue was the capacitor (flux capacitor was not running at 21.1 jigawatts). Robert kept his explanations in layman's terms and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. Well done and will definitely use in the future and recommend to others.
