Brian was thorough throughout his entire inspection and tune-up process for my A/C and furnance units. He explained what maintenance services he performed and advised me to call the company if there were any additional issues with my HVAC system. He, in fact, did have to make a second visit to provide additional foam tape over the vapor line on the A/C to prevent condensation from dripping onto the furnace cabinet. No charge for the second visit.
