Jake was the service man that came out for my A/C and he was great. He showed me what was wrong on why it was not working and he fixed. He also showed me the lint that was in my ducks and recommend me to get is cleaned. I will make that appt soon. He was very friendly and when my granddaughter was showing off he was very kind to her. I am so glad I have One Hour Heating and Air check my air and heating. Thank you
