Got 3 bids - 3 inspection. Guardian not cheapest not most expensive but thought they did best inspection. While roof is half done get call it's gonna cost $5k more some bad wood. Ya whatever just do a good job. 3weeks after very happy until I saw mold growing on ceiling of new porch roof. I took pics sent them in, no reply. Called was told I need to just paint it. Get a painter he says no you gotta sand off the mold before you paint or it will rot the roof from the inside.
Doesn't matter the point is I need to repair my roof that is just a few months old. When I asked guardian for help I was told it's on me. Wish I had known it needed paint before the mold had happened but I didn't so that 100% satisfaction guarantee is doing me 100% nothing at all and I'm paying someone to repair my brand new roof.
