I accepted Homefix Custom Remodeling Virginia Beach bid for installing eleven windows in my home. I had several other bids from other companies and some were more expensive and some were less expensive. I chose Homefix Custom Remodeling Virginia Beach because of they represented service and product. I got the feeling from them at the time of the bid that they really took great pride in service and also really believed in the product that they were selling.

When they arrived to remove the old windows and install the new ones they started right off getting the job done. Everything was going excellent! One of the crew got a phone call and had an emergency with a family member and the crew had to leave. At first I was upset because I was like a new kid with a present thinking about my new windows. After some thought and reflection about how I would want to be treated if I had the same circumstance I was absolutely ok with the decision that they made to stop working that day.

Surprisingly all of the workers showed up on Sunday, Mothers day to finish installation. I was so pleased to see them and very surprised that they came out on such a special day! They finished up that day and returned the following day to seal the windows. They absolutely honored what they said they would do, even in times of emergency they kept their word! The whole group was tremendous in their work, their work ethic and were absolutely amazing in the work they did.

When I drive up to my home I get a big smile on my face and I am very happy! My windows look terrific and I could not have asked for better service or product!
