The response to my initial call was great, got Cody out to the house the same day. Due to shipping time for the needed part, a holiday, etc., it took a while to actually get our unit running again. When the part came in, Cody and Ronny came out, took care of the part replacement and had it in operation by noon. We appreciate the service!
