I recently was using a storage unit at Anytime Storage - So Kolb Road Exit and was not very pleased with how my experience with them went. While I was using their services my storage unit was broken into, which was bad enough but they also made me buy a new lock even though it had been broken into after hours. They also said after the break in happened, that if I wanted to report anything I would have to do it all myself, and they wouldn't help getting it worked out. Overall I thought Anytime Storage could have done a much better job with their customer service. I would not use them again.
