I had an incredibly positive experience with Arbor Magic Tree Services. I've worked with a lot of contractors before, but these people go above and beyond expectations. They're so fabulous that I've already recommended them to friends.

The manager I talked to came out with a crew a few days after I had called. He walked through the entire yard with me and answered all of my questions -- even those unrelated to the work they were doing. I brought up the fact that Arbor Magic Tree Services charged a bit more than other companies I had gotten a bid from. He then gave me a thorough explanation of how he makes sure that his employees are treated right. It was refreshing to hear, and it made me feel better about hiring them.

The day of the job he showed up with his crew because wanted to be there to make sure that the job was done right, which I greatly appreciated. First he checked in with me to make sure that I was on board with everything. All of the employees were friendly, happy, and polite. They had all spread out to do their own projects, and were done within a few hours. They did a perfect job and everything was up to my expectations.

After the work was done, the manager came to my door, walked me through the yard again, went over everything they did and why they did it, and made sure I was happy with everything. One of the workers was nervous about what he was working on because he was afraid he wouldn't be able to get what he wanted done, but he did and actually exceeded my expectations! They all did a perfect job, and I was very impressed with everything. I already highly recommend them to everyone, and will be going to them again.
