I bought my house very recently. It was recommended to me that I get one of the trees checked out. I saw Arbor Magic Tree Services' 20% off advertisement in the mail and decided to call them. While they were here, they went ahead and looked at other trees around the property. One of them was in danger of dropping branches in the future. I got a deal to get that taken care of. I'm not a tree expert, but that tree definitely looks a lot better now.
