...Adding to my previous review after another excellent visit today: Trusting Mr. Amin's professionalism and honesty, I finally decided to replace my HVAC unit (as he had been warning me the last few times he came). The installation technician William arrived before 8am and got started with help of Habib. William gave me an estimate of time of completion which was almost dead-on.
As I've come to expect from Dwyer technicians, William was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd like to be specific bc these are not empty words with Dwyer: William answered all my q's with patience, went in and out of my unit with care (no mess after bc they laid out mats and took away the mess/trash as if they were never there!) and minimal disturbance (keeping their voices low and professional - I have a small place and was working from home). I really appreciate the meticulous work he did on setting up the system in a visibly nice way as well, and I could tell he takes care as if it were his own home. The professionalism/ courtesy comment extends to Habib as well - meaning, he was there to help William, and did just that, following William's lead and sticking to it. It was certainly pricey to replace as these are expensive systems, but with these technicians, I know I'm getting what I pay for, and I know they are trustworthy for future work as well!
