Emergency call condensor not working
On a hot summer Saturday I made an emergency call to get my air conditioning working. I am a long time Dwyer customer with an annual maintenance contract. I had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone answered my call. Three hours later I called again and expressed my unhappiness about the lack of any sort of response from Dwyer - I was told only one technician was on duty.
Then I received a call from Jalil Amin the manager who told me he would respond to my call. We have known him for many years as expert in handling our problems. In no time he had the compressor working again.
I do have a complaint however with the total bill. While I fully understand having to pay extra labor costs for emergency weaken response, I do not agree that there should be an extra emergency charge for the capacitor part.
Overall I think Dwyer is a good company, but in general its prices are high.
