After having a new floor installed, the installer unplugged the pump for the unit. Had emergency service at it was weekend and was to hit 90* on Sunday. Serviceman arrived, looked at unit and said he was sorry but still needed to charge the energy fee to plun in the pump. Needless to say, we were happy that was all that was wrong, but felt foolish we did not even conside to check that pump unit. Floor company is reimbursing us. Never had unit shut down, so we were worried we had a major issue.
