They helped locate a leak in the upstairs bathroom that causes water spots on the ceiling below. It wasn't obvious. The floor tiles and shower wall had small cracks in the grout and water was dripping to the level below. They also replaced a faulty connection in the utility room and untangled the water lines to the washer and dryer. All in all, a very successful hour.
