Nabil did an excellent job servcng my HVAC system. Guillermo did an an excllent job fixing muy problem after the installaton of a n electric water heater. Oscar did a good job installing a new elctric water heater, but he should should stayed long enough to relalize that the hot water temperature was set at 113 degrees, whihc is too low for anyone.
If Dwyer is gong to recommend State Electric Water Heaters, it should recognize that State sometimes doesn't set the water temperature at 120 degrees or above. When a water heater is installed with a maximum hot water temperature of 113 degrees, as with mine, the customer will always be displeased. Therefore, the installer (Oscar in my case) should not leave as fast as he can after installation. He sholud stay long enough to check the hot water temperature of this product. I stronlgy suspect there are are better hot water heaters on the market., by the way. A hot water heater should not need a lenghty temperature adjustment the day after its installation, as with mine..
