We called on a freezing Saturday morning thanks to a dripping pipe. Najib Kabiri called us back almost immediately and said he'd most likely show up at 1 PM. He got here with a half hour to spare. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the problem, told us how much it was going to cost and promptly got to work. Service was quick, professional, courteous and quick.
