We have used Dwyer for years (always expensive, but it seemed worth it) until recently. Needed a part for a shower. Was told it was on back-order for a month. After no follow-up from anyone at the company, and two and half months of us calling (no call backs, no messages returned, always told 'parts department is in a meeting', 'customer service is in a meeting', 'I just answer the phone', etc. - the owner finally returned my call. Absolutely inexcusable. And, no apology was ever forthcoming. After the interminable delays and dodging phone calls, when the service tech arrived, we were certainly charged the full amount! They are good about that! Will not use them again nor will we recommend them ever again.
