The task this time was a diagnosis of a plumbing leak, which turned out to be the repair responsibility of the upstairs neighbor. The plumber was efficient, and spent necessary time in both units establishing what needed to be fixed, to the satisfaction of both owners. The repairperson engaged by the responsible owner made essentially the same diagnosis, and the problem so far appears to have been corrected.
