Took over a day to schedule the service, this is the one negative. The receptionist said it was an emergency and that a technician would call us back, that didn’t happen until 7am the next day. However, the technician arrived early and had the issue resolved before I had a chance to go downstairs and watch. Amazing. Then he, Jalil, went about fixing other items he noticed as well. Would highly recommend.
