When my old heat pump started breaking down, I contacted Dwyer plumbing, which was recommended to me by some folks on my condo board. I was able to arrange it so that Dwyer could come into my building, take out the old heat pump, and install the new one, while I was at work. I also got a nice new digital thermostat. (The old thermostat drove me crazy, it was so inaccurate and hard to read.) The new heat pump is powerful and has a large drain pan underneath, which is essential in catching leaks before they cause damage to multiple units. The condo was clean after the installation, with nothing on the floor. Total cost was about $5500.
