On Saturday Dec 31, we realized we had no heat coming from the heat pump, during the coldest spell in years. My condo now recommends we use Dwyer and when I called on Tuesday, the Jan 2, the HVAC manager came to see me that afternoon. The heat pump was 18 years old, so we knew we were living on borrowed time. Because we were having such cold weather, he fit us in for a new heat pump on Friday the 5th and it was installed by 2 wonderful young men and we have been toasty warm since. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!
