This was a very refreshing experience. I loved the quick response, the 2 hour window, the call ahead and the up front estimates of cost. Luise, our technician, was ultra polite, very clear in the diagnosis of the problem and then the solution. I appreciated that he did not try to push contracts etc. on me even though he had the opportunity since our copper pipes are old and we've had several pin leaks in the past few years. His advice was to wait and see and if there was another within a few months then he'd take a look and give us an estimate. Others would have jumped on that as a chance to up-sell us.
