Air conditioning would not work (18 years old) and we needed a new system. Called Minnicks and their representative was here to look at the problem in 2.5 hours. Confirmed that the compressor was shorting out. Made a deal and the A/C and heating system was replaced and working within 3 days. Kate, who took our call was extremely helpful and I told her at the time that because of my conversation with her and her attempt to get someone here on short notice was likely going to result in a sale.
