We have some contrasting service from Altrol Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, the first time they came out do a furnace installation for us everything went very smoothly and we were very pleased with the customer service. However, we decided to go with Altrol again when we were having a small faucet drip in our upstairs bathroom. The technician that came out was very nice but I feel that he was very unprepared. I took him three days to complete a very simple job which essentially had me waiting at my house for many hours. The service was good but that shouldn't have happened.
