We recently had our carpets cleaned and were very pleased with the entire experience. Don came by to provide the quote—he was professional, personable, and even remembered that we had used Coit four years ago, which was a nice touch. Wes handled the cleaning and exceeded our expectations. He took his time, was extremely thorough, and even helped move a few items I couldn’t manage on my own. The carpets look fantastic. Overall, we’re very happy with both the service and the results.
