After frying the fibres by using water and vinegar, then Oxyclean, the stains DARKENED and hardened! So sad and so bad! I had used Coit several times over fifteen years and called for help.
The person - Sandie - they sent was great. Then the young fellow came and picked up the carpet He was ‘concerned’ about the condition but super attitude. Took a picture and sent it to the magician at the warehouse as I really thought it was a waste of their time.
My new best hero - Mel Cruz - performed a miracle!!!! The carpet was delivered a week later and I am stunned! What a guy!!!! Amazing!!!!! What a Team!!!!! 😁😁😁😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. YAY.
