The work done by the on-site technician, Bruce Dawkins, was great, but the tardiness of the estimator, Douglas, was quite annoying.
Very pleased with the service provided by the on-site technician, Bruce Dawkins.
However, I was not too pleased with the estimator, Douglas, who showed up 40 minutes late to give the estimate, even though he
had already been given a 2 hour window. It was very annoying to be waiting for 2 hr. & 40 min. for an estimate that took less than 10 minutes to complete, once he had finally arrived.
