When I had a new well put in I called Home Comfort when the results of the water testing came back with unacceptable levels of Arsenic. Jeremy came out, tested the water and advised which products we could purchase to remedy the problem. He gave us several options, and we decided to purchase the Iron Guard filter,and the easy water, at Jeremy's recommendation. he assured me that this combination would bring the Arsenic level down to acceptable, as well as take care of the problem with iron in the water. Unfortunately this system did neither. Home Comfort was called several more times when the water tests FAILED...REPEATEDLY. Not only do we still have UNACCEPTABLE ARSENIC levels we also have the same IRON FILLED water we had before we spent thousands of dollars for a system that FLAT OUT DOESN'T WORK! We have had two other companies come out to test our water. The results? The water AFTER going thru the multiple filters tests one shade less iron than the water out of the garden hose, water that doesn't even go through the filter system. The ARSENIC? STILL UNACCEPTABLE! We spent thousands of dollars on equipment that hasn't solved anything. I have talked to Home Comfort about this problem repeatedly. Apparently I will have to go elsewhere to find a remedy. Home Comfort sold me a product that does not do what they promised it would do. They got their money, and I got left with the same problem I started out with and thousands of dollars less.
