Time of appointment.

I understand the different type of scheduling but we asked for a 4pm appt which we were told was avail. Because the tech was on another call, it was 6:45 before he arrived. Better maybe communication would have been better. I sat around for three hours when I could have had some things done. Our tech was fantastic. He was helpful. Informative. And solved our problem very quickly. Just the scheduling.
