I've heard good things about the company before. "Really good, yet really pricey" was the norm. Wow, you guys lived up to the hype. We had some trouble with our water heater, and your technician came and fixed the problem easily, while answering all of my somewhat naive questions on the side. After having a small panic attack when hearing the price of new ones, it was good to know what to expect from the water heater and ways in which we could prevent it from giving out early. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will be passing on your name to any of my friends that are having trouble with their own home comfort. 5/5!
