I wanted to document feedback regarding the Plumbing Technician, Alex. He did an excellent job fixing an issue with a toilet, and explained the cost for repair on a different toilet. Additionally, his work to replace a non-functional sewer-eject sump on a Friday Evening was superb. Thanks to him for preventing a basement water disaster!
