Broke my A/C

Had my a/c tune up last summer. I agreed to the part they recommended to extend the life if the unit. Was told no coolant needed. After part was put in, a/c no longer cooled. The coolant was suddenly empty.

Recently talked to a smaller indepedent a/c company who advised me this is a common practice with Home Comfort.

This was the reason we recommended replacement. We show we replaced your dual cap in June of 2015 but didn't hear back from you since then.
