Jim Fisher is a very good technician. I came to Home Comfort Experts because of him. I was with another company that Jim worked with, when I called to schedule an appointment they informed me he left, I called around to find out where he went. I trust Jim very much.
When scheduling an appointment, the Home Comfort office staff seems to have problems scheduling the technician that you request and not letting you know they really are not sending him out until late the day before by email, which I do not always look at. If it would not be for Jim I would be looking around.
