Shaw's Heating and Cooling provides awesome service. We had used them in the past for a small job. Then our entire HVAC system suffered a failure. Shaw's had not installed the system, but since we had used them before, we called them. We had gotten multiple quotes, and Shaw's was reasonable, plus they responded unbelievably quickly. It was the dead of winter, and so it was urgent. They came in fast and did the job fast. They were just phenomenal. I remember it was Valentine's Day, and the owner was taking his wife out to dinner, but he called to ask if we wanted him to bring over space heaters afterwards, and he even offered his guestroom to us! They just went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They are just good people.
