Arizona Flooring Brokers were absolutely fantastic! I had a 20-year-old condo that I was having remodeled. He was able to give me feedback on prices, and trends which I really appreciated.
Jason came out to the condo and he really listened to the vision that I had for the layout, he was upbeat, knowledgeable, and I had total confidence in him. What I really liked is that he allowed me to be a part of the project, letting me make it really a hands-on experience. He would give me complete control and gave me great advice on where to go which would sometimes work out or not.
They are very helpful and communicative. If there were an issue, especially if there was an emergency, I could text, call, or email either Jason or Cheryl and they would respond to me immediately or at least within the next couple of hours. The issues were always resolved quickly so that I never had a need to worry. In fact, this project had a very critical timeline that it had to adhere to and I was so impressed that Arizona Flooring Brokers were able to see it through, without delay, to completion on the very day that it needed to be finished. I couldn't be happier. They helped me and ensured that my experience was a positive one. I felt listened to and having a hand in the project enhanced that experience.
