My water heater broke right before holiday weekend. They managed to get a technician earlier than originally promised, who came quickly and did a good job explaining to me the situation. They came with the new heater bright early after the holiday and was very clean and efficient in installing the new heater. This is the second time I used them for emergency and they came through both time!
