My PSEG thermostat shorted out and had to be replaced. Ray was prompt, efficient and friendly. He explained each area he needed to check and showed me the problem and the resolution. I told him that I wanted to convert to a Nest thermostat and he prepped all of the wires for me to do the installation myself. He also gave me his cell number so I could ask questions and to let him know that all worked out ok, which I did. I definitely recommend C&D.
