Too expensive.

I would not recommend Pro Plumbing Service. I paid them a service charge to come out and do a job for me, but ended up using another plumber because he was $100 cheaper. I will not call them again.

I'm sorry to hear that you felt we were too expensive! I did review your account with us, and it appears that we did actually do work for you recently, just before Christmas. From our records, we actually waived the trip fee for you because we did the work. Are you certain this was us?
