We had a problem with our basement laundry room backing up into the shower located one room over. Determining that there was no clean out access, and PRO Plumbing were not able to snake the line, we decided to go ahead and jackhammer the concrete out around the shower drain. Turns our the cast iron P-Trap was rusted totally shut. Our tech made the call to inspect the rest of the line with a camera, clean it out, and then tie the laundry room drain directly into the main sewer line. We overloaded that line for an entire week with no issues. Our tech came back out and filled in the hole, poured new concrete, and cleaned everything up. We could not be happier.
