Patty recommended the perfect time and two services as well as equipment that the technician was to use. Wes was totally prepared. Because He had a cancellation before our window of time, he contacted me rather than showing up early. He was polite and explained his two fixes - one toilet, one sink. Wes also brought an extra sink plunger (thanks Patty) and made the repair on the spot and gave us some helpful hints (rules- it was the sink in the kids' bathroom) to avoid further problems.
