We recently had Pro Plumbing address a low pressure situation for a kitchen faucet. Wes did a great job determining the cause and improving the pressure and explained things very well. We have consistently received good service from them. My reason for the low rating on this occasion is that the total costs was nearly $300 for app. 90 minutes of labor (no supplies, etc were required to my knowledge). I am all for PP receiving appropriate compensation, this just simply seemed unreasonable to me.
