Crew removed an unused floor radiation water heater, associated control valving, water feed and circulation pump thermostat control unit.
Capped abandoned supply, return, water feed and natural gas line.
Capped unused flu connection.
Removed, relocated and replaced domestic hot water heater, reconnecting city supply, hot water feed , natural gas supply and exhaust flu.
All this work in a 9' x 3' 6" x 5' 6" mechanical room, elevated 3' 6" above the floor through a 36" door, in well under 4 hours.
