Fox and Sons Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Electrical did a good job. They were responsive to my calls and were easy to schedule with. The technicians came out promptly and worked efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. They were friendly, personable, and pleasant to work with. I did have one problem with communication. There was a misunderstanding regarding a particular service and its cost. It would have been better if they could clarify and make everything clear from the start. Other than that, I had no problems with the service and am happy with all the work that was done. I had a good experience overall and will use Fox and Sons again in the future if I need to.
