I have used Fox & Sons Plumbing & HVAC a couple of times in the past. They do what they say they are going to do, arrive when they say they will and also give you a courtesy call to let you know they are on their way. They completely delivered on the repairs to my fireplace. They service technician was great, knew what he was doing and did his job really well! My only concern when getting the repairs the service technician gave me a price that included a maintenance fee that required a monthly payment to them. It wasn't a hidden fee in the quote, but I found that it was just kind of slipped in there. The service tech did point it out and explained what it was but I didn't want that included in the quote to fix the fireplace. I gave a four-star rating based on that extra service maintenance fee included when he came out to repair the fireplace. I would recommend these folks to others with clear instructions to watch for that maintenance fee schedule in your quote. All in all the service technician did what he came to do and did a great job of it! I would again, recommend to just watch for the up-selling for the maintenance contract.
