I recently used Fox & Sons Plumbing & HVAC for the first time and the technician that came out was supposed to come and flush the tank, but he wasn't able to complete the work with the equipment that he had. I thought that he spent more time trying to sell me on the product than he did on the actual work. I ended up being able to flush the tank on my own.

However, I did think that the technician was very polite and I was impressed with how the company communicated with me about the experience. They apologized and reimbursed me for the service issues without any hassle. With everything considered, I think that I would recommend them to other people. I would still consider using them again in the future.
