I have been using L.E. Isley & Sons Plumbing for years. My mother also used them. That is two generations! The last project they did was this last Tuesday. They were working on a broken, kitchen faucet. It is not working properly yet. But that isn't Rick's fault. He was my technician. The fault is by Delta, the manufacturer. They have to send us a part for the faucet. However, Rick got the water running again. He was the one who discovered a leak. Plus he did all that he could to get the water running again. I continually use L.E. Isley & Sons Plumbing because of their quality and how quickly they respond when you call them. Plus I trust them. I would tell a potential customer of theirs, "Call Isley. You will be treated fairly. And your plumbing will work again." Setting up the appointment was completely easy. As a matter of fact, I called them Tuesday, and they had someone here that afternoon. They are absolutely easy to work with. They are also polite and courteous. All the employees are polite. And Rick has a cute sense of humour. They are always respectful of my home. When they get here, they either take off their shoes, or they put booties on. They also clean up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend L.E. Isley & Sons Plumbing to my family and friends.
